As part of our complimentary design and quotation process, our experienced design team will work hand in hand with you to understand your unique requirements and preferences. We believe that your everyone deserves a playground that reflects your values and caters to the needs of every child.

Install
Our company takes pride in offering comprehensive installation services. Our certified, fully DBS checked, and insured installation and surfacing teams will support you throughout the installation process. We understand the importance of minimising disruption, maximizing safety and prioritising customer service during this process.
Prior to every install we would conduct a pre-start meeting with our dedicated operations director, who will explain the entire process and address any concerns or questions from your side. Ensuring every aspect of the installation is covered before we begin.
During the installation, we are committed to keeping disruption to a minimum. Regular updates will be communicated with strict completion timescales to ensure your play area can be used immediately after completion
We prioritise the safety of everyone involved in the installation process. Our installation teams strictly adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment. We implement appropriate safety measures, such as barriers and caution signs, to prevent unauthorised access to the construction area. While adhering to standards such as BS EN 1176 for playground equipment and BS EN1177 for playground surfacing.

Providing the best possible play experience for every child is our top priority. After completing your installation, we will work with your staff to demonstrate how the equipment can be utilised to maximise its benefits. We aim to ensure every child gets the most out of their play experience, and we are on hand to help make your playground experience fantastic for all the children involved.
Our products are built to last; however, If any problems arise with the equipment, our dedicated customer service team is here to assist you. They are trained to handle requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring issues are resolved quickly.
