Our Services
Design
As part of our complimentary design and quotation process, our experienced design team will work hand in hand with you to understand your unique play requirements and preferences. We believe that everyone deserves a playground that reflects their values and caters to the needs of every child. Our team utilises their expertise and creativity to develop customised, functional, and visually appealing designs. Through incorporating innovative elements, practical features, and safety considerations, we strive to create playgrounds that are packed full of play value and provide endless possibilities for play and learning. Our design team is dedicated to curating playgrounds that inspire imagination, promote physical activity, and foster social interaction. Install
Our certified, fully DBS checked, and insured installation and surfacing teams will support you throughout the installation process. We understand the importance of minimising disruption, maximizing safety and prioritising customer service during this process. Prior to every install we conduct a pre-start meeting, where we run through the install process from start to finish to ensure you are fully informed and there are no surprises. This is an opportunity to address any questions or concerns, ensuring every aspect of the installation is covered before we begin. During the installation, we are committed to keeping disruption to a minimum. Regular updates will be communicated, along with transparent completion timescales to ensure your play area can be used immediately after completion. Our installation teams strictly adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment. We implement appropriate safety measures, such as barriers and caution signs, to prevent unauthorised access to the construction area. While adhering to standards such as BS EN 1176 for playground equipment and BS EN1177 for playground surfacing.

Now it’s time for the fun part - enjoying your new school playground equipment! Providing the best possible play experience for every child is our top priority. After completing your installation, we will work with your staff to educate on how the equipment should be utilised to maximise on play value. We aim to ensure every child gets the most out of their play experience. Our products are built to last; however, if any problems arise with the equipment, our dedicated customer service team is here to assist you. They are trained to handle requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and with minimal disruption. Our industry-leading guarantees and maintenance packages provide peace of mind and ensure that you continue to receive enjoyment and performance from your new playground for many years to come.
